Stackopolis

Privacy policy

Effective date:

Stackopolis is a mobile game published by JOHAN & CO. LABELS LLC, trading as JohanLabels ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains information used by the game and the choices available to you. For questions or requests, email [email protected].

You can play without an account. Your progress is saved on your device. Players who indicate they are under 18, or leave their age unanswered, do not enter the game's advertising or ad-consent flow. Being 18 or older does not itself grant advertising consent.

1. Information used by the game

The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise GPS location.

2. Age question and children

Stackopolis is intended for players of all ages, including children. At the start of a fresh app session, the game asks whether you are 18 or older, with Yes and No choices. Leaving the question unanswered still allows play. The game retains only an advertising-eligibility decision in memory for that session, not an exact age or date of birth, and does not send the answer to advertising providers. Completely restarting the app starts a new session.

For players who answer No or do not answer, the game does not start its advertising, ad-consent, or in-app billing flow or request Apple's tracking permission. Purchase and restore controls are available only after answering Yes. Players who answer Yes may proceed to a separate privacy-consent flow for advertising; advertising consent is not required to use billing. This self-declaration is not verified age or parental consent.

Parents and guardians may contact [email protected] with questions or to request help reviewing or deleting information relating to their child. Please do not include a child's personal information beyond what is needed to explain the request.

3. Third-party services

The game is built with Unity. Its advertising integration uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads. Google's User Messaging Platform manages consent messages and privacy choices; this version uses Google's consent service, not AdMob ad serving. Ads may be unavailable in some versions, regions, or sessions.

Android purchases use Unity In-App Purchasing and Google Play. Google handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy. This game does not use a Unity Webshop or ask you to create a Unity account.

These services may process information directly. Their policies describe their applicable data practices, retention, international processing, and privacy-request options:

The age restrictions described above govern the game's advertising and billing flows; they are not a claim that your device, app store, or every underlying platform service processes no technical information.

4. Advertising and your choices

Where required, the game asks for consent before enabling advertising. Eligible players can review or change available consent settings through Privacy choices in the main menu. Refusing consent does not prevent play; ads may be unavailable instead of personalized.

Reopening privacy choices suspends further ads for the current app session. Restart the game to allow ads permitted by your updated choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

On iOS, where applicable, Apple's separate tracking-permission prompt asks whether advertising partners may track activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may refuse and still play. Change this permission in iOS Settings. Android also provides advertising-identifier controls in device privacy settings. These controls are separate from in-game consent.

The current integration sends a sale/sharing opt-out signal to LevelPlay. You may also contact us to request an opt-out of applicable advertising-related uses. A provider's handling of a signal depends on its service and applicable law.

The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase removes automatic ads. Optional rewarded ads for an extra chance remain available when eligible and permitted by your privacy choices. Buying Remove Ads does not delete existing provider data or prevent necessary purchase processing. Use Restore purchases with the Google Play account that owns the purchase to recover the benefit.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is removed from your device, subject to device backups. Clearing app data or uninstalling may erase your progress. Session-only age eligibility is discarded when the app process ends.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to address your request and related follow-up, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can email us to request deletion. Advertising, consent, billing, and backup providers manage retention of information they hold under their own policies. Removing the game does not automatically delete that information or your Google Play purchase history. Transaction records may be retained to restore purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

For access or deletion requests concerning purchase information processed by Unity on our behalf, contact us so we can validate and forward the request to Unity. For data Unity processes for its own purposes, you can contact [email protected]. Use the Google policy link above for information controlled by Google. Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal retention requirements; we do not promise automatic deletion of every transaction record.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses. Where applicable, we rely on consent for consent-dependent advertising, performance of a purchase contract to provide and restore purchased benefits, and our legitimate interest in responding to support requests, subject to your rights. We may also process information to meet legal obligations.

To make a request, including through an authorized representative where permitted, email [email protected]. We may request information reasonably needed to verify the request or representative's authority. We may direct you to a provider that controls the relevant information. If you disagree with our response, contact us to request a review or appeal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

7. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy policies explain their international processing and applicable transfer safeguards.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or request consent when required.
